AKORE MB (hereinafter — "we") cares about your privacy and values your trust. In this policy we explain in plain terms what data we collect, why we use it, and how we keep it safe.

By using the akore.lt website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Information we collect

We collect the following data from our customers:

• Contact information: name, email, phone number
• Order data: order quote, material, color, infill
• 3D files: your uploaded STL, 3MF, OBJ and other 3D model formats
• Payment information: transaction ID (actual payment data is processed securely via Opay and Solana)
• Usage data: IP address, browsing behaviour (anonymously via analytics tools)

How we use your data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• Processing and delivering your order
• Communicating with you about order status
• Improving and developing our services
• Compliance with legal regulations
• Fraud prevention

We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses the following cookies:

• Essential cookies: for session management, cart data and fraud protection. These cookies are technically necessary and do not require your consent.
• Preference cookies: to save your selected language (lt/en/ru) and other preferences so you don't have to choose every time.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): anonymous site-usage statistics. Per GDPR, these cookies are activated only if you click "I agree" in the cookie consent banner.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-2XPQB48YH3) to analyse site traffic and visitor behaviour. Data is collected by "Google Ireland Limited" (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

We apply the following privacy safeguards:

• IP anonymisation — your IP address is truncated before reaching Google's servers, so exact geographic location is not stored.
• Consent Mode v2 — until you give consent, no analytics cookies are written, and no personal data is sent to Google's servers.
• Advertising features disabled — no remarketing, audience building, or demographic data collection.
• Data retention — up to 14 months, after which Google automatically deletes it.

Legal basis

Pursuant to Directive 2002/58/EC and the Republic of Lithuania Electronic Communications Act, analytics cookies are written only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Essential cookies are written on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

How to manage cookies

• In the cookie consent banner shown on the site, click "Decline" if you don't want analytics data collected.
• You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and local storage — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
• You can disable cookies entirely in your browser settings, but this may affect site functionality (e.g. the cart will not work).
• You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically with the official browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as:

• The order is active (typically up to 30 days after delivery)
• Required by legal regulations (up to 5 years for accounting)
• You request data deletion

Uploaded 3D files are deleted automatically 90 days after order completion, unless you've changed retention settings.

Your rights

You have the following rights:

• Right of access: learn what data we store about you
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format

Security

We use the following safeguards:

• SSL encryption for all data transmission
• Secure databases with encryption
• Regular security audits
• Limited staff access to personal information

While we work hard to protect your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Third parties

We work with the following services:

• Opay: payment processing (payments are handled in their system, not ours)
• Solana blockchain: cryptocurrency payments (peer-to-peer, no data is collected by us)
• Google Analytics: site usage analysis (anonymously)
• LP Express, DPD, Omniva: delivery services (we share only the necessary address)

Policy changes

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a website notice.
