Terms of Service

Last updated: April 14, 2026

General terms

By using AKORE MB 3D printing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

AKORE MB reserves the right to change these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect.

Order process

  • File upload: upload your 3D model in STL, 3MF or OBJ format — the file opens in our 3D viewer instantly. For other formats (STEP, SolidWorks, etc.) email support@akore.lt.
  • Real-time pricing: the system automatically calculates the final price based on model volume, selected material and infill. Change material or infill — the price updates immediately. The amount shown in the cart is what you'll pay.
  • File validation: our calculator automatically checks your file before ordering and warns you if it spots issues (open meshes, walls too thin, models too small/large). You can continue at your own risk or send the file for review at support@akore.lt.
  • Payment: the order is processed after successful payment (Opay bank cards/transfer or Solana cryptocurrency).
  • Confirmation and tracking: after payment, we immediately send a confirmation email with a link to your personal order tracker — there you'll see real-time progress from production to delivery.

Pricing

  • All prices are in euros (€). When paying with Solana (SOL) — the price is converted at the real-time exchange rate at the time of payment.
  • The amount shown in the cart is final — that's what you pay. No additional VAT (AKORE MB is not a VAT payer).
  • Shipping fee is added separately and depends on the chosen delivery method.
  • Rush orders (weekends or outside standard hours) — possible by separate arrangement with a rush fee. We agree in advance via email at support@akore.lt.

Payment methods

  • Bank cards (Opay): we accept Visa, Mastercard and other popular European payment cards via the Opay platform. All payments are securely encrypted.
  • Cryptocurrency (Solana): we accept SOL payments directly on the Solana blockchain. The price is converted at the real-time exchange rate.
  • Security: we don't store your card details. All transactions go through secure encrypted channels.

Delivery and working hours

  • Production time: standard 24–72 hours, counted from the moment your order status in the tracker (track.html) changes to "Printing". If the tracker already shows "Printing" — your part is already in production. During busy periods production may take longer — we'll email you right after receiving your order.
  • Working days and hours: we work on weekdays (Monday–Friday). We don't print on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) or public holidays. Orders received outside business hours start production on the next working day.
  • Rush orders: if you need printing on weekends or outside standard hours, email support@akore.lt before or right after ordering, include the order number and your preferred deadline — we'll discuss options and the rush fee.
  • Delivery options: LP Express, DPD, Omniva parcel terminals, courier delivery, or pickup from our office.
  • Service area: our main service region is Lithuania. For international shipping please contact us.
  • Shipment insurance: all shipments are covered by standard parcel insurance. For higher-value items (over €100) we can offer additional insurance — let us know when ordering. If a package arrives damaged, contact us with a photo of the damage — we'll handle it with the carrier and reprint a new one free of charge.
  • Delivery times: carrier delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method. We prepare and hand over the parcel on time as agreed; the rest of the delivery process depends on the carrier — we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances (weather, full parcel terminals, etc.).
  • Order cancellation: orders can be cancelled free of charge before production starts (while the tracker status is "Confirmed" but not yet "Printing"). Once production has started, costs for used materials and labour are not refundable — for changes contact support@akore.lt as soon as possible.

Returns and warranty

Our calculator automatically detects problematic files before ordering and warns you with the specific reason. If a paid order does happen to come through that we cannot print due to file issues — we will refund your money.
  • Calculator protection: our system automatically checks your uploaded file and warns about issues (open meshes, walls too thin for FDM, models too small/large, interlocking parts). The warning appears BEFORE ordering — you can continue at your own risk or send the file for review at support@akore.lt.
  • Refund if we can't print: in rare cases when a paid file passes automatic validation but turns out to be unprintable in actual production — we'll refund the full amount. We contact you first and explain what didn't work.
  • Defects on our side: if the part arrived damaged in transit or was printed differently from your order due to our error — contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll reprint or refund.
  • Print characteristics: some products may have minor surface unevenness or visible layer lines. This is a natural property of FDM technology and is not considered a defect.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction: we print exactly the model you upload. If you ordered a result that works functionally but you didn't like the design choice (part too small, missing element, looks different than you imagined visually) — money is not refundable. In such cases please send the file for free review at support@akore.lt before ordering — we'll advise.
  • Return conditions: if we replace or refund a defective item, the returned product must be delivered to our office (shipping costs are on us).
  • Custom-made exception: per Article 6.22810 part 2(3) of the Lithuanian Civil Code, custom-made goods are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the warranties described above (for defects and unprintable files) always apply.

Intellectual property

  • Your files: you retain all intellectual property rights to your 3D models.
  • No copying: we are not entitled to commercially reproduce or publish your models without written consent.
  • Our content: all photos, logos and other content on the website are property of AKORE MB.
  • Your liability for IP rights: by ordering you confirm that the uploaded 3D model does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, registered designs, etc.). If a third party brings a claim against AKORE MB regarding your model, you are fully responsible for such claims and undertake to compensate us for all resulting losses, including legal costs, attorney fees and possible fines.

Limitation of liability

  • AKORE MB is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss.
  • Our liability is limited to the actual amount you paid for the order.
  • You use the website and services "as is", without additional warranties.
  • Consumer protection: the limitations stated above do not apply to the extent they conflict with mandatory provisions of Lithuanian consumer protection laws and other consumer-protection legislation. Consumers (natural persons) always retain rights granted by law.

Prohibited content

It is forbidden to upload or request printing of:

  • Weapons, ammunition or dangerous items
  • Counterfeit goods or copies
  • Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights
  • Indecent or offensive content

AKORE MB reserves the right to refuse orders that violate these rules.

Applicable law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved at the Vilnius City District Court.
